It is great if you haven't already done some reading on your own..
This is suitable to make skincare products for all. A great idea for gifts for girlfriends that come from both the heart and the kitchen.
While the information is very helpful in this "box set," it could have been one book with a caveat for each skin type. The directions for each skin type do not differ to the extent that it would require a different book for each type. If you think of it as one book, you may be less annoyed.
